5. Casted components employing different casting process like pressure die casting, gravity casting & sand casting for different material e. G. Iron, steel, aluminum, zinc, copper, brass, bronze etc.
6. Turned components (1) nuts & unions, bleeder screws, pistons, valves, push rods
Banjo bolts and machined components as per customers requirements.
Material used-free cutting steel (12l14) , mild steel, stainless steel (aisi-304, 316, 409, 410, 420) , copper, brass, aluminium.
7. Rubber components for automobiles like:
( i) boot cover for wheel cylinder.
( ii) cup seal.
( iii) ring seal.
( iv) bleed screw cap.
( v) engine mountings etc.
Material used-sbr, EPDM, neoprene, silicon, nbr, natural.
8. Stamped (sheet metal components) -both ferrous and non ferrous.
9. Forged components like: (i) brake shoe pins, locking pins, cotter pins (clipper) (ii) nuts, bolts, studs, washers etc. As per 'din', 'iso', 'astm', 'as', 'jis', 'bs' standards.
